ഋതുഭേദങ്ങള്ക്കനുസരിച്ച് പ്രകൃതി മാറുന്നു, അതു പോലെ പ്രായത്തിനും സാഹചര്യങ്ങള്ക്കും അനുസരിച്ച് മനുഷ്യന് മാറും, അവന്റെ വിശ്വാസങ്ങള്ക്കും വിചാരങ്ങള്ക്കും മാറ്റം വരും. ഇതാണ് ഋതു എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ സംവിധായകന് ശ്യാമപ്രസാദ് പറയാന് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്.

ഷാജി കൈലാസിന്റെ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ് ആയിരുന്ന ദീപന് സംവിധാനം ചെയ്യുന്ന ചിത്രമാണ് പുതിയ മുഖം. ഇതില് പൃഥ്വിരാജ് ആണ് നായകന്. രണ്ടു നായികമാര്, പ്രിയാമണിയും മീരാനന്ദനും. എം സിന്ധുരാജിന്റേതാണ് തിരക്കഥ. കൈതപ്രത്തിന്റെ വരികള്ക്ക് ദീപക് ദേവ് സംഗീതം പകരുന്നു.

മലയാളത്തിന് അകാലത്തില് ഒരു നഷ്ടം കൂടി. സംവിധായകന് രഞ്ജിത് പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ, ഇരുട്ടില് തപ്പി തടയുന്ന മലയാളസിനിമയ്ക്ക് നഷ്ടമായത് അതിന്റെ ഒരു കണ്ണാണ്. തനിയാവര്ത്തനം മുതല് വീണ്ടും ചില വീട്ടുകാര്യങ്ങള് വരെ ഒരുപാട് തിളക്കങ്ങളുടെ ഓര്മകള് നല്ല സിനിമകള് ആസ്വദിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ മലയാളികളുടെയുമെന്ന പോലെ ഞങ്ങളുടെ കണ്ണുകളും നിറയ്ക്കുന്നു. ആ ഓര്മകള്ക്കു മുന്പില് നമ്രശിരസ്കരായി..

Review: Bhramaram (25)
നല്ലൊരു സിനിമയ്ക്കു വേണ്ടിയുള്ള കൂട്ടായ ശ്രമം ഭ്രമരത്തില് കാണാം. ഒരു നടനെന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള കഴിവ് പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാന് മോഹന്ലാലിന് ഏറെക്കാലം കൂടി നല്ലൊരു അവസരം കിട്ടി. ലാല് അതു നന്നായി ഉപയോഗിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. ലക്ഷ്മി ഗോപാലസ്വാമി, മുരളീകൃഷ്ണന് തുടങ്ങിയവരും തങ്ങളുടെ ചെറുതല്ലാത്ത വേഷങ്ങള് മനോഹരമാക്കി. ആദ്യപകുതി ബ്ലെസി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത് ഒരു Excellent സിനിമയ്ക്കുള്ള അടിത്തറ ഒരുക്കിക്കൊണ്ടാണ്.
